You may notice that we’re a little bit different to your typical gym.
There’s no machines, no mirrors and no Zumba.
Instead we have Barbells, Kettlbells, Truck Tires and Climbing Ropes.
At our gym you wont have to worry about making too much noise, dropping weights or people doing curls in the squat rack.
At CrossFit South West, we’re not here to just take your money. The moment you step through the door you are now an athlete.
As an athlete we will strive to ensure you reach your full athletic potential.
